Here at Paintbox, we have lots of exciting Short Courses on offer throughout the year! Our short courses are an ideal way to develop a new skill or push those you already have. Taught over a set number of consecutive weeks (this varies per course), the courses are structured to allow you to learn, develop and hone the discipline ensuring that on completion you leave with an exciting body of dynamic work.
HALF DAY DRAWING AND PAINTING
Tutor - Dominic McIvor Fridays (Morning Class and Afternoon Class Available) This course is the ideal starting point for anyone wishing to get into drawing and painting. Under the encouraging guidance of tutor Dominic McIvor, students will learn how to look, how to draw and how to paint. Each block is 10 weeks long, but for students wishing to continue on to the next block, Dominic will work both with you as part of a group and as an individual, ensuring you are able to push your own ability and develop your skills. Tutor: Esther Donaldson Wednesdays (10am - 1pm) This half day course is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the foundations of drawing and painting.
